17-18.07.2018 - Volunteering as an opportunity for the development of the youth sector

Our exchange finally started! I think all of us couldn't wait to come to Zakopane and spend this time together! On the beginning we put very big effort to integrate with each other. The target was to create team of young people who know each other, but also like working together and enjoy their companion. Besides that we also set rules of stay and define our fears and expectations, to strength process of self-evaluation! On the end of second day we started workshops on topic of volunteering. What is is, how we can benefit from it. We also discussed its idea. Below you can find few photos from the first two days!

19.07.2018 - Volunteering as an opportunity for the development of the youth sector

On this day, we used different methodology to still develop topic of volunteering. Presentations, creative workshops, theatre or team-building. So discussed differences between volunteering in our countries and presented the best idea and initiative. We also work under different types of volunteering and define good volunteer. We also tried to find new ways to promote volunteering in our countries, because it is still relatively not very popular.  We finished the day with Spanish cultural evening!

Evaluation article - #1

At the beginning, coming to Poland it was one big puzzle. We knew what to expect thanks to the preparation meeting, done in our countries, but we wasn't sure about that. Also, the big barrier was the weather, which in that period of year in Poland is PRETTY freezing. However, what we can say is that it was a great time spent there. We not only had so much fun, but we developed ourselves so much during workshops and all activities we carried out together, as a one team.  8 days amongst people from 6 different countries was one of the greatest experience in our lives. We started with some integration and team-building activities which helped us to start and meet each other better and better. Later we started to work on topic of the Exchange, which is labour market.
