At the beginning, coming to Poland it was one big puzzle. We knew what to expect thanks to the preparation meeting, done in our countries, but we wasn't sure about that. Also, the big barrier was the weather, which in that period of year in Poland is PRETTY freezing. However, what we can say is that it was a great time spent there. We not only had so much fun, but we developed ourselves so much during workshops and all activities we carried out together, as a one team.
8 days amongst people from 6 different countries was one of the greatest experience in our lives. We started with some integration and team-building activities which helped us to start and meet each other better and better. Later we started to work on topic of the Exchange, which is labour market. We have to admit that this topic is very useful and let young people develop their chances to find dream job, which is not only great, but also well-paid.
What were also very nice for all of us I think, it were cultural nights, which every country carried out to present their cultures: history, food, music, dances. We really could learn a lot about other countries which is not possible to do by Internet.
What we can say on the end is that we recommend taking part in Erasmus+ Youth Exchange to all young people who want to develop their skills, but also want to find their own life path. It can't do it instead of them, but it will be big help in that process.
